• FHA manual underwrites allowed up to 43% DTI with no additional fee (640 credit score required)
• Income limits vary by county
• 3%, 4% and 5% down payment assistance may be available
• rates for the program vary depending on the amount of down payment assistance you choose and rates can change daily
